Cece is filmmaker based in Milwaukee in her a third year of the film program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Her work focuses on experimentations with documentary and nonfiction forms, with the goal of sharing the stories of the people around her.  She is an officer of a student film organization and her work has been included in multiple screenings on campus.
