DESCRIPTION:<span style="font-weight: 400;">DIY Ear Seed Class </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Ear seeds are a great tool that can be used on yourself and your friends and family to help reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, addiction and more. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">In this 2 hour long class you will learn what ear seeds are, a brief history of their use, and some basic ear anatomy and easy to access pressure points.
