Surgeons in Heat is an R&B-influenced indie rock band based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Current members are lead singer/guitarist Johnathon Mayer, bassist Ryan Reeve, keyboardist Bradley Kruse and drummer Michael Stewart. Previous members include Shawn Kenneth Pierce Adam Gilmore, Jake Brahm, Justin Kunesh, Kenny Monroe, Tyler Ditter, Ryan Rougeux and William Shultz They have recorded two full-length albums: the self-titled Surgeons in Heat, and the follow up, Disaster. The band has been featured on the NPR show World Cafe.
