Kyle LaValley is a curator and creative director based in Chicago, IL. With a profound commitment to fostering growth, Kyle seeks to help emerging artists navigate an often disheartening and overly commercialized landscape. As an early member of both CIVL and NIVA, LaValley has been a longtime advocate for independent venues and artists nationwide.

With over 15 years of experience in the music industry, Kyle has immersed herself in vibrant communities across the US, largely in the venue, festival and agency spaces.

Recently Kyle has taken a departure from her work in music to explore the fashion and apparel industry, working for Chicago-based lifestyle brand Straight To Hell. Despite this shift, her unwavering passion for community building and artistic collaboration remains strong. She continues to be present as a resource for independent artists and venue owners, championing their efforts and supporting the creative ecosystem.
