ITC 2025 consisted of 4 initial residencies:
- a virtual multimedia residency
- 2 in-person residencies
- an invitation-based residency tasked with a mosaic facade on the accessibility ramp to the front door
In 2025, we invited individuals or collaborative duos working in any medium, emerging or established, who identify as disabled, chronically ill, or neurodivergent to apply for the first round! To address Wisconsin’s low rank in public arts funding, this year we felt that ITC’s impact would best serve artists working in our state. Wisconsin ranks 48th with $0.18 per capita in state arts funding relative to our neighbor Minnesota, which ranks 1st in the country with $10.07 per capita. Learn more through Arts Midwest.
