Club Chai is a label, event series, radio show and curatorial project founded by 8ULENTINA (Esra Canoğullari) and FOOZOOL (Lara Sarkissian) in Oakland, California. The platform centers diasporic narratives, women, and trans artists, while hybridizing non-western sounds with club music. One of FACT Magazine’s top 10 labels of 2018, Club Chai’s influence deeply resonates across the global underground community and has helped to shape the current landscape of experimental, multimedia art.
