Bisca Rae

Bisca Rae is a rising singer songwriter based in Milwaukee Wi. Her music walks the line of many genres floating between styles and blending them to create her own distinctive sound. Along with writing melodies and lyrics she executive produces and creative directs all of her work from cover art to music videos.
