Grace Notes is a feature-length collage of short films spanning over the last decade. Interludes of love and heartbreak intermingle with family cycles, honor culture, and teleporting landscapes to create a multifaceted, messy harmony. Made from a plethora of recording devices, such as 16mm film, Hi8 tapes, handycams, and cellphones, the technological textures change with the body. Or rather, she changes with the camera.
