Originally hailing from Glen Arm, Md., Human Host was formed in December 2002 and is now based in New York City and other parts of the northeast. The creative core of Human Host is made up of a rotating ensemble of multi-media artists and figments of your imagination. Many independent record labels have released music by Human Host, and the group has also scored the soundtrack music for two independent films: 'Electric Blood' by Evan Devine and 'Mall Crawlers' by N.O. Smith. The group also inspired Mike Apichella's independent feature "The Human Host Movie" which has been totally confusing and captivating crowds at screenings from coast to coast. Over the course of 9 lengthy tours the group has performed live shows at a wide variety of venues in every conceivable corner of the continental U.S.
