Cynthia Marie Hoffman is the author of four collections of poetry, most recently the OCD memoir in prose poems, Exploding Head. Poems in Electric Literature and The Believer, and essays in TIME, The Sun, and Lit Hub. She’s currently at work on a prose memoir in 10 songs (from Metallica to Tool to Adam Lambert) about coming of age in the early 90s as a guitar-toting metalhead with then-undiagnosed OCD.
