7:50 – 8:20 – Demo #2 – “Sound design with the Hyper-Real Ableton sound pack + new Drift synth in public beta”
demonstration by Lorna Dune

Lorna will demonstrate production techniques using the Hyper-Real sound pack distributed via the Ableton.com store. All attendees will be eligible for a free NFR license for this particular sound pack. Learn more here:

8:25 – 8:55 – Demo #3 – “”Live & VCV Rack – the free Eurorack Simulator”
demonstration by R.J. Mann

RJ will demonstrate how to use VCV Rack, a free Eurorack modular synthesis studio, within Ableton Live. R.J. is owner of Golfshoe Music Studio in Riverwest and organizes the Milwaukee Synth Meets.

9:00 – (time-permitting) – “Pass the Aux”

Attendees can play their audio on the sound system and share with the group.
We will have stereo 1/4″ TRS for tapping an audio interface, 3.5mm stereo headphone jack or Apple 3.5mm to lightning dongle. If you need any special adapters outside of that, please bring it.
