Our month of Queer Spotlights events kicks off with Cactus Book Club on June 7th at 5:30pm. The Queer Zine Archive Project (QZAP) will be leading the discussion on A History of Milwaukee Drag: Seven Generations of Glamor by Michail Takach and B.J. Daniels. “For more than a century, drag has been an unstoppable force in Milwaukee nightlife…This is a long-overdue celebration of those stories”

Queer Zine Archive Project (QZAP)’s mission is to establish a “living history” archive of past and present queer zines and to encourage current and emerging zine publishers to continue to create.
