Show Lineup

Nordista Freeze

(Nashville)
Genre: Psych

Where did Nordista Freeze come from? Everyone who saw it happen has a different
explanation, but they agree on one thing: a flaming blue orb came flying out of the sky and
smashed into the earth, and there, lying sprawled in the crater, was a man wearing only his
underwear with a tambourine in his hand. He rose to his knees, vomited profusely, and took off
running over the rim of the crater and into the distance yelling “Na Na”. Where did he come
from?!

Maybe outer space? His first two records were called Space Travel and Cosmic Haus. Is he a
time traveler from the past? His 60s pysch-pop anthems and bouncy flow say so. A time traveler
from the future? Many believe he’s like a Terminator 2 Terminator sent back to save the music
industry from self-destruction. All this is speculation. His origin notwithstanding, he’s brought a
transcendent message, a secret of life that transmits through his legendary live performance.
Come hear it and believe.

Late Nite Laundry

(Chicago, IL)
Genre: Indie Rock

With music described “perfect for long evenings indoors” (Chicago Tribune), the psychedelic-soul quartet records & mixes their sultry strain of vivid lo-fi in-house. The pandemic brought cancellations to their biggest promises at the time (opening for Slow Pulp, touring with Winona Forever, and an official SXSW showcase); nevertheless, the band’s self-titled EP released this November via Acrophase Records (Ginger Root, V.V. Lightbody, King Pari), and it’ll be as much of a restart as a statement that Late Nite Laundry is here to stay.

Lunde

(Milwaukee, WI)
Genre: Indie Rock, Jangle Pop, Power Pop, Rock & Roll

Three Wisconsin boys thrive on their differences. Cousins Nate Uhrich (lead vocals) and Jeremiah Lunde (drums) had long been passerby in each other’s lives, with an 8 year age gap and living in different cities. In 2018, the pair re-discovered their musical connection at a family gathering. Soon after, Josh Janiak (bass) joined through a mutual friend and they decided to name the band “Lunde” (a family name).

The group quickly made themselves a fixture of the Indie scene between Milwaukee and Chicago. J Lunde’s ruthless production style and Uhrich’s unique writing style garnered the band attention from indie scene staples.
Lunde’s first record ‘Living Strange’ highlights concise, engaging songwriting and Beach Boys-esque harmonies wrapped in a raw indie sound.

2024 brings Lunde’s newest record which they call, in tongue in cheek fashion, “Wisconsin’s First Band”. On this record, the band confronts some of the feelings that make us most human: happiness, anger, loneliness and everything in between.
