Queer Spotlights is comprised of five queer-centered events showcasing music and other artforms from every corner of the LGBTQ+ community. Each event celebrates various groups, leading up to a celebration focused on bridging the gap between generations of queer people. All ages, especially youth, are encouraged to attend.

Karl Hooyman

(Milwaukee)
Karl Hooyman (they/them) is a Milwaukee based poet and artist that works in poetry, film photography, digital videography, and mixed media art. Their art centers around themes of sexuality and gender, nostalgia, and the pains that come with growing up.

9 A.M. is a pop music project by singer/songwriter Pd (They/Them). Over the past 4 years of making music, their sound has shifted frequently, and shows with their latest album, “A Sensation You Thought Would Stick”.
